There's a common belief of us that without samsung s5(nd other costly phones) we can't check our heart,but its fully a wrong belief.Recently an app is launched through which you can check your Heart Rate(which is very accurate).For this u need a small software and some tips.

Tips

The following tips correct most pulse detection problems:

• Hold very still.
• Cover the entire camera lens with the soft part of your fingertip. Don’t worry about covering the LED flash.
• Press very, very gently on the lens. Pressing too hard cuts off circulation.
• Make sure your fingers are warm.
